Yes, it is halal. No additives, preservatives, alcohol, pork and alcohol/pork-based materials are used in our products.
We do not cook in an allergen-free environment. While we have products that do not contain wheat and nuts, all of our products are cooked in environments where wheat, milk, peanuts, hazelnuts, eggs and soy can be found at high levels. Since these allergens are found in all our bakeries, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts, dairy products or eggs.

Storage and handling instructions can be found in the online description of each product. At Magnolia Bakery Turkey, it is aimed to get the taste of the products as soon as possible. We cook the old-fashioned way, without using preservatives or additives. We've also included storage instructions for our most popular products below.
Our cakes are best served at room temperature, as they create a rich, moist and delicious dessert. If you plan to store any part of your cake after serving, we recommend keeping it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 48 hours.
For cupcakes bought or delivered from one of our bakeries; Our cupcakes are made without preservatives and should be enjoyed the day you receive them. We specialize in baked goods that are made from scratch and baked in small batches throughout the day using only the best ingredients. If you plan to store the cupcake overnight, wrap the box tightly with cling film and leave at room temperature.
Banana Pudding is made fresh every day and offered to you, our guests. If you want to enjoy it after receiving it, you can store it in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. We don't recommend putting it in the freezer because Banana Pudding is most delicious within 24 hours of making it fresh!
Our Flourless Chocolate Cake, Mini Meringue and Lace Meringue products are gluten-free. However, we do not recommend consuming Magnolia Bakery products if you have gluten intolerance, as all of our products are produced in gluten-containing facilities.
